A sunken driveway slab is more than ugly. It pools water, cracks further every winter, and pitches runoff at your foundation. We raise it back to grade in a morning.
Driveways settle when water erodes the soil underneath, leaving the slab without solid support. This often happens along garage edges and drainage paths. The slab drops, a lip forms at the garage floor, and every rain sends water toward the house.
We drill a few ⅜-inch holes, inject expanding polyurethane foam under the slab, and watch it rise back to level. The foam cures in minutes, so you can usually park on it the same day. At about half the cost of tearing out and repouring, it’s the repair that makes replacement the last resort.
